Thanks to all the exhibitors whose hard work made the Bridal Bazaar such a fun and productive experience for the thousands of brides and grooms, and their families and friends, who came to show on Sunday. Gretchen Productions wowed us with a fantastic fashion show complete with couture gowns, fashion forward bridesmaid dresses, classy tuxedos and charming styles for the kids. Scenes from the show...
The Bridal Bazaar is just days away and while exhibitors are putting the final touches on their display plans, brides and grooms might want to spend a little time getting ready for the show too! Here are tips for making the most of the show...
- If you don't have one already, set up a wedding email account to give to prospective wedding vendors. Having a special account will mean your wedding-related emails won't clog up your regular account and will be waiting for you when you are ready to work on your wedding.
- Bring pre-printed address labels or slips of paper to the show. Including your name, wedding date and contact information will make leaving your information with prospective vendors much faster and easier.
- Have a shopping list in mind. Although part of the value of a bridal show is walking through all the exhibits to get new ideas, if you are looking for particular products or services make sure you focus on meeting those vendors.
- Wear comfortable shoes! You wedding may be formal but planning it needn't be. The Bridal Bazaar has a fun, upbeat atmosphere so be yourself and enjoy it.
We look forward to seeing you this Sunday, October 28th at the Del Mar Fairgrounds!
The fall Bridal Bazaar is just ten days away and we are putting the final touches on our fantastic runway fashion show! The show will feature bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses and tuxedos from six of San Diego's leading gown and men's formal wear experts. We are delighted to welcome Bella Bridesmaid, La Jolla's new salon specializing in dresses for your attendants, to the show.
We've seen lots of wedding fashions shows and, frankly, a parade of white wedding dresses from a single store can get pretty boring. That's why at the Bridal Bazaar fashion show the models dance and move in their gowns. Our fashion show coordinator, Gretchen Productions, specializes in marrying dance, theater and fashion into a show that is as entertaining as it is informative.
So don't miss it...Sunday, October 28th at the Del Mar Fairgrounds. The doors open at 10:00am. Fashion shows happen at 11:30am, 1:00pm, and 2:35pm.
That's easy. The Bridal Bazaar is designed to give San Diego brides the largest possible selection of wedding products and services. Other bridal shows in town have about 50 exhibitors...we have 200 or more.
At the Bridal Bazaar you'll find vendors offering virtually everything you can think of for your wedding. The other bridal shows are missing major wedding products and services.
The Bridal Bazaar fashion show features designs from at least six local gown salons and tuxedo specialists. Other shows usually have only one gown provider on the runway...if they have a runway.
We know brides like to see everything that's available, so we don't blame you for going to other shows. Just make sure you don't miss San Diego's biggest and best bridal show...the Bridal Bazaar!
